Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the watch in its original STERNGLAS box, ensuring all protective films and tags are intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our watchmakers verify the condition of the return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
